Played a little bit more of Control, but my attention has been dragged back to Factorio again. Started a new run, this time with a mod; adjustable inserter. Inserters normally only take items from a fixed distance in front of them to a fixed distance behind them; the mod lets you adjust both the range and the direction of picking up/dropping off. I honestly really like it, even if it kinda makes long inserters pointless; they get some sorta buff eventually (you have to research all the adjustability stuff) but idk what.

We also finally went out to dinner, which mom offered to do when I first got that new job. Went to a high-end place in town we hadn't been to in a while. It was really good, and maybe the only time I could say that I've been "defeated" by a dessert. Also god I can't hold my liquor, I had a cocktail with dinner and didn't even drink it fast and I still got really tipsy.
