Pretty uneventful day. Honestly don't even really wanna talk about it much. Nothing bad happened, I'm honestly just pretty tired and wanna sleep. Work was work, this time with going through and filling out a spreadsheet. I'm (very slowly) working on the second base in Factorio, have the furnace stacks for copper and iron setup. I think I'm gonna turn it on soon just because my old base is almost out of iron, solely so I can make supplies. I need to power it somehow, and I know my steam boiler isn't gonna be enough, but I'd rather just use a bunch of the solar panels I have then make that bigger. Once I have more than enough U-235 for enrichment, I think I might just start using nuclear power then. For context, kovarex enrichment effectively turns three U-238 into one U-235, but requires forty U-235 as a catalyst (it consumes 40 U-235 and creates 41 U-235). If you have enough uranium mining you technically don't need it, but it's way more reliable than mass-producing something with a 0.7% chance of even being made.
