I am finally, finally, done enough with Endfield that I can focus on other things, thanks to some blueprints from a friend. I don't have medicine production setup but one of the BPs makes surplus batteries for selling so I have some form of income. What I had to do myself was get every damn originium node in the region, at region level 4 I have exactly enough for all the production. It's a little ironic that the point where I can actually play the goddamn video game is the point where I can put the video game down but that's just how gacha works I guess.
