Shaved now. Haven't showered in too long still, but it feels nice to be clean shaven at least. Mom wanted me to shave ahead of time so that my face doesn't look like "hamburger" the day of the interview. I never actually told her it got rescheduled for Tuesday, mostly because that happened the day I got diagnosed, so it would have to be re-rescheduled anyway. I might try to tell the guy to push it back to next week, I'm not sure. I honestly feel pretty decent today, so I'll probably be fine for Thursday. I hope my suit is clean.

Played a little more New Vegas today, spent pretty much all day doing all the Novac stuff. Not sure what I'm gonna do next, probably just keep going on the main quest. I forgot the game has some really fun shotguns, I might start using them more. It is slightly awkward perk-wise though, as I passed up a good chance at level 8 to take Shotgun Surgeon (which makes you ignore part of a target's Damage Threshold; a flat reduction to damage applied after the percentile Damage Resistance), and I'm not sure when I'll have a good chance to take it again. Jury Rigging is at 14 and I'm currently close to 10, so if there's nothing I want at 10 or 12 then I can pick it up then.

Actually I looked it up, I don't think I want any of the level 10 perks so I'll take it then.

I also briefly booted up Fallout 4 because something was bothering me and it's I guess a funny story so I'll share it. There was a quest chain I remember doing like 2 years ago when I last played the game (October 2022), that I really wanted some reward for, and I couldn't remember what. And I really doubted it was the weapon you get from it, because I remember it sucking. So I eventually just boot up the game, and like, there's the gun you get from it sitting in my inventory. I think I was mostly dissapointed in the ammo that I used (gamma rounds, which I have like 90 of in FO4), but looking at it again it seems pretty strong. Thing basically does pure damage. I might play Fallout 4 again at some point, I think the game is fun, but New Vegas is pretty clearly better. I mostly like the crafting system in Fallout 4, but carry weight is a bitch and I remember using console commands to boost up my carry weight several times (I usually don't play with a companion). Also the low FoV really bothers me, and you need to use a console command to change it, so, fun.

Apparently I have a bottomless sniper rifle (as in no reloading, not literally infinite ammo) in Fallout 4 though, so that's nice.
