Went for a walk for the first time in a while today. Was honestly kind of hard and tiring, which surprised me a bit. It's the same walking route I've done in the past, I just wasn't expecting myself to be so out of shape. It's not like I was ever not fat or anything I just used to do it more often. I also had to walk around a lot during school, both around campus and to-and-from the train station, so I was more in shape back then even if I was still overweight. Just gotta do it more. I have lost weight in the past, I haven't checked my weight in ages, gotta try and burn it off while I'm still relatively young.
