I did it. I'm on E now. It's genuinely just extremely fucking exciting to finally be on E. Just, heck. My original thought was just posting a picture of the HRT and just having that be the whole diary but the pharmacy was actually out of spiro so I won't be able to get that until tomorrow, but still. They had the patches, and I'm on them now. A part of me honestly thought that this just would never happen, but now it has, and I'm just so happy.

I did eventually go back to that super metroid map rando today. I had a second run already started, but progression was a bit more tricky to find. I eventually did find the item I needed after a heated run, but then I got distracted while looking for missiles and did a bunch of underwater exploration without gravity suit. Which I of course found immediately after reverting. Idk it's just a huge issue, I knew I was breaking the logic after a certain point and all that exploration also told me where everything important is, so I should just be able to clean up now.
