Saw Hundreds of Beavers today. Went to a little town on the PA border with my mom, which doesn't even have a dedicated movie theater; they just rent out the courthouse on the weekends to show movies in it. Hundreds of Beavers is genuinely amazing, like an actual 10/10. It's so consistently funny, and honestly just calling it a "live action cartoon" kinda sells it short. While a lot of the setups for jokes are general tropes, the overall movie is way more original than that description implies. And not to go super far into spoilers, but I love how you can see how the MC learns and adapts and applies previous knowledge over the course of the movie. Really great movie, see it whenever you can.

I also have an iPad now. My mom has two but she didn't really wanna give one up so she just bought me one. I did look a little into non-Apple stuff but there really isn't much in the tablet market so whatever. I'm honestly mostly gonna use it for books and music too, maybe just a Kindle would have been better but I'd rather have something that can do more than just books. I was thinking about trying Arknights on it but honestly I'd be keeping it on my phone to run auto battles during work and I honestly like playing it on my phone? So whatever.
