I was finally forced to make the IT call today, had to review a report and that requires the VPN so I just did it on the spot. I actually got pretty lucky and got someone who knew what they were doing and followed along with me (or at least that feels lucky to get), and it still took 17 minutes just to reinstall the damn VPN. But it's done, it fucking works, and I hope to shit that it doesn't break itself again.

Lancer today was fun. I feel kinda awkward talking about Lancer because I feel like I'm just gonna summarize the whole session but things went well. We actually had someone lose a lifebar in the session (you have 4 in Lancer), they were just surrounded and isolated. The pains of being a fragile melee mech in a mostly long-ranged team (I'm more mid-range but I've been keeping my distance).
